Welcome back, Tern community! Excited to share all the latest updates from the past week 🙂
We know you’ve been counting down the days for all of these features - very excited to share that all of them are LIVE as of this update!
First off, email signatures are finally here! I know some of you have already discovered this, but you can now create your own signature in settings or import one from another tool. It's a game-changer for adding a personal touch to your emails.
Same with email attachments. Just click, select your file, and boom, it's attached. We've also added font colors and highlighting to spice up your emails and itineraries.
And guess what? Now you can track opens and clicks for all emails sent from Tern. It's like having your own email analytics built right in!
Now that we are almost done with the biggest changes to Email and Automation, we’re excited to start knocking off some of the biggest upgrades to other features that you’ve been eagerly awaiting.
1. Payment authorization receipts now automatically land in your trip's documents tab. No more manual uploads.
2. Say goodbye to duplicate contacts with our new contact merging feature. Just a few clicks and you're sorted.
3. Traveler pricing got a facelift. Now travelers get a clear breakdown of trip costs, including installments and payments. Transparency FTW!
4. Plus, we've improved visibility into why automations may not trigger as expected. No more guessing—just clear warnings for any hiccups.
And of course, we've been smashing bugs left and right. From fixing option block ordering to ironing out user-reported quirks, we're on it.
