By using the Tern Platform and Services, you consent to the use of electronic signatures, electronic records, and electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of transactions initiated or completed through the Tern Platform and Services.
Electronic Signature Consent
You agree that your electronic signature on any document, agreement, or transaction through the Tern Platform has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. You understand that:
- Your electronic signature is legally binding and enforceable
- You have the right to withdraw your consent to electronic signatures at any time
- If you withdraw consent, you may need to complete transactions in person or by mail
- You have the right to receive paper copies of documents, though fees may apply
System Requirements
To access and retain electronic records, you must have:
- A computer or mobile device with internet access
- A current web browser that supports 128-bit encryption
- Sufficient electronic storage capacity to download and save documents
- A printer if you wish to print documents
- An email account to receive electronic communications
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to electronic signatures and electronic delivery at any time by contacting us at support@tern.travel. If you withdraw consent, we will provide documents in paper format, though additional fees may apply for paper delivery.
