Tern now supports flexible lodging dates, allowing you to define a date window instead of a fixed stay. This is a huge win for group travel - think weddings, retreats, and family reunions - where each traveler may have slightly different arrival and departure needs.

Travelers see all this right from the sign-up flow - and they’re able to select their room, review the price, and authorize payment without needing to email you for date changes or special requests.

We’ve made it easier for travelers to authenticate when accessing sensitive flows like document downloads and credit card authorizations.
Before, users had to copy-paste a code. Now, they can simply click a “magic link” in their inbox to sign in. It works seamlessly across devices and avoids issues with Gmail app quirks that some travelers experienced previously. Learn more.
