It’s a short week with Memorial Day, but we’ve packed in a few big changes that we think will make your everyday work a whole lot smoother! Let’s dive in.

Your Pricing Tab Just Got a Major Upgrade (And a New Name)
We’ve heard your feedback loud and clear: the old "Pricing" tab was doing more than just handling pricing - it was your go-to place for keeping tabs on bookings across your trips. So we’ve made some big upgrades:
It’s now called Bookings
Because that’s what it really is — your central hub for managing booking information. Don’t worry - this is advisor-facing only - no terminology is changing for your clients.
A unified table for every item
Gone are the collapsed sections and disjointed UX. Everything now lives in one single, easy-to-scan table. That means faster navigation, cleaner organization, and less clicking around.
One-click copy for confirmation numbers
You can now copy confirmation numbers straight from the table — whether it’s for individual items or packages. This is one of our most-requested updates, and we’re thrilled to make it happen.
Better visibility for packages
See the confirmation number and status at a glance, without having to click into the package. Plus, we’ve made it way easier to bulk move items into packages using a top-level checkbox. No more one-by-one clicks.
We’re excited about what this unlocks — but we know redesigns take getting used to. So if you miss something (like the ability to attach receipts directly from the table), let us know. We’re always open to feedback!
Quality of life improvements
We’ve also made a few quality of life improvements to continue to improve the usability and polish of Tern!
Workflows: You’ll now see a new status column inside the automation table for any workflow. That means you can easily spot if an automation is inactive — and fix it before it causes confusion.
Flight status updates: improved notification if terminal is missing
Empty states: improved empty states for new trip bookings overview and activity template apply modal
Let Us Know What You Think
That’s it for this week. We’re especially excited about the revamped Bookings tab — it’s one of the most used parts of the product, and we think these changes will save you time and help you stay organized. If there’s anything missing, or if you have thoughts on how to make this even better, let us know. You always help us build the right things!
