Statement Reconciliation & Unclaimed Bookings for Agencies
We’re introducing a big step forward for agency back-office management: Supplier Statements and Unclaimed Bookings. If you're an agency owner, you can now log and track supplier statements, match them with bookings, flag unclaimed bookings, and ensure all commission payments are fully reconciled. This new feature helps:
Log supplier payments (ACH, checks, etc.) against multiple bookings.
Reconcile statements for more accurate commission tracking.
Flag unclaimed or unmatched bookings to resolve with agents. Unclaimed bookings can be easily exported to communicate with agents and resolve discrepancies.
Improved Client Itineraries
We’ve rolled out two major enhancements for client itineraries, based on feedback from over 200 advisors:
Auto-Collapse Empty Days: We’ve made it so that fully empty days on itineraries are automatically collapsed. If you prefer to keep specific days visible, simply add a label like "Day of Leisure," and those will remain.
New Vertical View: Tired of seeing big, gray placeholder images for activities? You can now switch to a Vertical List View, which tidily organizes itinerary items without those awkward boxes. This clean format keeps everything streamlined for your clients. We plan to switch to defaulting to this view after a few days of feedback!
Additional Improvements
Here’s what else we’ve been working on:
Added Tibet airlines support for “smart flights” / notifications
Added Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI) & AirAsia Cambodia (KT)
Bug fixing! Like removing red blinking dot when options are reset, and fixing the cursor jumping around when inputting seats for flight legs
That’s it for this week! Thank you for your continued feedback, and stay tuned for more exciting updates next time. Have a great week!
