Updates this week include a major improvement for lodging check-in and check-out, plus a new way of submitting and reviewing product feedback in Tern!

Major Upgrade to Lodging Check-In and Check-Out

We’ve made significant improvements to the lodging check-in and check-out experience. You can now set a separate check-out activity for your lodging, which will be reflected on the client itinerary. This won’t affect credit card authorization, pricing, or editing of the main activity. Learn more.

New Product Feedback Tool: Canny

We’ve switched from Marker to Canny for collecting product feedback, thanks to suggestions from our partners! Here’s why we are so excited about Canny:

User-Friendly Feedback Submission:

Submit feature requests directly from the support section.

Upvote existing requests or add new ones, with similar posts suggested as you type.

Transparency and Updates:

See what’s under review, in progress, and completed.

Get updates on requests you’ve submitted or upvoted.

Add comments for additional context.

This tool helps us better understand your needs and prioritize features that matter most to you. We’re excited to hear what you think!

Additional Updates

We’ve added Caesar’s Rewards as a new loyalty program option, and been in bug fixing mode! Including a fix for adding flights from Play Airlines (OG).
