Trip Collaboration
You can now work with others to plan trips in Tern!
Add any user with a Tern account to collaborate on your trips. This is great for VA support, or if you work closely with another advisor
New trips agents create are automatically shared with agency admins
Collaborators can manage itineraries, process credit card authorizations, and access other key information (like booking details, pricing, & confirmations)
Tern Agency
We have launched Tern Agency out of beta! That means that anyone who sets up an agency in Tern will have instant access to our agency Commission dashboard, Reporting tools, and additional features. As a part of this change we also improved the activity status and booking process for all advisors.
